The last year has been stressful for many of us. Being sequestered in a confined setting had been a new experience for so many people, as many parents were not prepared to homeschool their children, let alone cope with the loss of many enjoyable indoor and outdoor enjoyable pastime activities.
 
Many times, stress and anxiety can lead to insomnia and sleep problems. Furthermore, lack of proper rest can contribute to stress.
